Throughout my working relationship with That's clean, they have struck me as an innovative company who are committed to offering the best quality service to their clients and are keen to build a business which keeps moving forward. The introduction of their new cleaning chemicals came in early 2013. By way of introduction to their new product the team very kindly came and presented me with a box of samples to try in my own home and asked that I offer an honest opinion. I was very happy with the outcome of the product which is fresh, cuts through day to day living mess and I found that a small amount went a long way. Perhaps this is a range That's Clean could introduce to a very competitive market, I personally believe it would hold its own.
Having worked in several environments where I have held relationships with cleaning companies I am struck by the ingenuity of their online client interactive QA platform This is a fantastic way to communicate tasks, requests and concerns. The fast response is not automated, it is real, the reason it is so fast is because the notifications appear instantly on the cleaning team's mobile devices and due to their outstanding customer service the response is almost immediate. This tool gives options to update or respond to enquiries, and when quarterly reviews come around the reporting is replicated by what is entered into the system. At any time I can login into the interactive QA platform and check on any jobs I have pending. The ability to choose on a scale of 1 – 10 the importance of my enquiry is a great way of asking for urgency when required. This interactive QA platform is an innovative tool which in my opinion is another reason That's Clean stand out.
Mercedes-Benz have contracted That's Clean Ltd for approximately 15 years. The premises were made up of three 2 storied offices, warehouse offices and a technical training workshop, housing at times up to 150 people. That's Clean have always provided an excellent service, on time and of a high standard.
During our occupancy of these buildings we suffered a number of floods and were able to call That's Clean at very short notice to assist in cleaning up. Recently we relocated to new premises and went to the market for our cleaning contract, however That's Clean won over the other three competitors with their professional approach to the tender and their pricing and have been contracted again to clean our new premises.
They provide a very comprehensive service which includes window washing, garden maintenance and specialist new build cleaning and we have utilised all of the above at some stage with excellent results.
I would recommend them to anyone requiring a high standard of cleaning with professional, friendly service.

The cleaning contract for our head office was put to tender early 2017 and ThatsClean were selected from 4 candidates. Their price was not the cheapest, but the fact that a director of the company was integral to the tender process gave me extra assurance.
We also needed a company with a sizable staff to cover our 7 day a week operation. Prior to handover, I was introduced to key personnel such as; Services Manager, Client Services Manager and Supervisor.
The initial spring clean of our premises made a huge difference and the standards have been maintained. Our CSM and Supervisor are regularly on site, they are easily contactable and reliable, issues get resolved immediately. The online client QA platform is excellent to use, responses are fast because messages go direct to mobile devices and the history is always available.
Cleaning at 2 more of our branches has now been assigned to ThatsClean and I am confident that our staff and customers will notice the immediate improvements. ThatsClean also supply and replenish our consumables.
